摘 要:分析某电厂1,2号机低压缸零出力改造及非切缸工况轴振大问题解决后,切缸工况再现轴振大的问题。排查判定是高压缸后轴封内二漏蒸汽返入低压缸内加热所致。通过关小内二漏管路阀门开度减少返入低压缸蒸汽量,控制低压缸胀差在高限值以下,成功解决轴振大问题,确保了两台机切缸安全长周期运行。分析七抽温度异常变化、轴振曲线锯齿状持续波动幅值变化等成因,判定内二漏蒸汽返入低压缸内加热引发振动的分析思路以及轴向碰磨的分析可供相关单位借鉴。The problem of large shaft vibration under cylinder-cutting condition is analyzed upon the zero output transformation of low-pressure cylinder of Units 1 and 2 in a power plant and the problem of large shaft vibration under non-cylinder-cutting condition are solved.Through troubleshooting,such a problem is thought to be caused by the secondary leakage steam in the rear shaft seal of the high-pressure cylinder returning to the low pressure cylinder for heating.The problem of large shaft vibration is successfully solved by reducing the opening of the internal secondary leakage pipeline valve to reduce the amount of steam returning to the low-pressure cylinder,and controlling the differential expansion of the low-pressure cylinder below the maximum limit,thus ensuring the safe and long-term operation of the two units during cylinder cutting.
