摘  要:输电线路和杆塔承载电能和势能,自然具备物的不安全状态,当人的不安全行为等外力介入时就会引发能量意外释放,造成电能短路和势能倾泄,形成电力设施外力破坏。从轨迹交叉理论入手,通过搭建典型模型,划分危险区域等级,探讨对应防范策略,提出措施落实注意要点,强化电力设施保护。As transmission lines and towers carry electric energy and potential energy,they naturally have an unsafe state of things.When human unsafe behavior and other external forces intervene,it will cause unexpected release of energy,resulting in short circuit of electric energy and potential energy dumping,and forming external force damage to power facilities.Starting with the trajectory crossing theory,by building a typical model,the level of dangerous areas is divided,the corresponding prevention strategies are discussed,and the key points for the implementation of measures so as to strengthen the protection of power facilities.
