摘  要:以某660 MW四角切圆燃烧锅炉的运行情况为例,对其在运行中水冷壁频繁超温、过热器出口两侧主蒸汽温度容易产生较大偏差的问题进行了详细的分析,并针对这一系列的问题重点对锅炉二次风的配风进行了优化,提高了锅炉的运行可靠性,为同类型锅炉燃烧调整的自动控制提供参考。Taking the operation of a 660 MW tangential firing boiler as an example,analyses are performed on the problems of frequent over-temperature of the water wall and large deviation of the main steam temperature on both sides of the superheater outlet during its operation.As for these problems,improvements are performed focused on optimizing the secondary air distribution of the boiler,which improves the operation reliability of the boiler and offers reference for the automatic control of combustion adjustment for the same type of boilers.
