摘  要:为进一步强化对易燃易爆场所职工的劳动保护,我国于2020年首次发布了GB39800《个体防护装备配备标准》,并升级了防护阻燃服装技术标准。针对中国、美国、欧盟制定的阻燃服技术标准进行分析,比较不同标准技术要求的异同,进一步明确阻燃服的技术性能参数和标准要求,为推进阻燃防护服研发和推广使用提供理论依据和支持。中国石化参照上述标准要求,编制了企业标准,共有9项技术指标高于国家标准要求,选用的阻燃服兼具安全防护性能和舒适性能,以方便职工日常正常穿戴使用。In order to strengthen the labor protection of workers in inflammable and explosive workplaces,China has raised its national technical standard requirements for personal protective equipment(PPE),especially for torso protection,by releasing new national standard(GB39800)of PPE for the first time in 2021,and upgrading national standard on flame-retardant-protective clothing(GB8965)in 2020.It has attracted wide attention for domestic petroleum,petrochemical and fine chemicals companies to equip employees working in flammable and explosive environment with flame-retardant uniforms.This paper analyzed the standards of flame-retardant protective clothing formulated by China,the United States and the European Union,compared the similarities and technical differences of various standards,and provided theoretical basis and support for promoting the R&D and the application of flame-retardant protective clothing.Based on practical needs and the fore saying technical standards,Sinopec has formulated its company standard of flame-retardant and anti-static clothing with reference to the above standard requirements,and the flame retardant clothing selected has both safety protection performance and comfort performance to facilitate the daily normal use of employees.
