清利活血解毒汤佐治湿热蕴结证痛风急性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨清利活血解毒汤佐治湿热蕴结证痛风急性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年3月至2021年5月收治的湿热蕴结证痛风急性关节炎患者96例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各48例。两组患者均行常规治疗,研究组患者加服清利活血解毒汤。结果研究组综合有效率为97.92%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后的炎性因子水平、尿酸、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、视觉模拟量表评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为6.25%,显著低于对照组的20.83%(P<0.05)。结论清利活血解毒汤佐治湿热蕴结证痛风急性关节炎,可改善患者炎性因子、尿酸等指标水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingli Huoxue Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of gout acute arthritis with dampness heat accumulation syndrome.Methods A total of 96 patients with gout acute arthritis with dampness heat accumulation syndrome admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with routine therapy,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Qingli Huoxue Jiedu Decoction.Results The comprehensive effective rate in the study group was 97.92%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors,uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein(CRP)and visual analog scale(VAS)score in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.25%,which was significantly lower than 20.83%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingli Huoxue Jiedu Decoction can improve the levels of inflammatory factors and uric acid in patients with gout and acute arthritis with damp heat accumulation syndrome.
