玻璃纤维增强树脂桩核修复残冠残根临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃纤维增强树脂桩核修复残冠残根的临床效果。方法选取医院2020年9月至2021年9月收治的实施残冠残根修复的患者80例,依据治疗方式的不同分为观察组(给予玻璃纤维增强树脂桩核治疗)及对照组(给予金属铸造桩核修复治疗),各40例。对比两组患者的出血指数(BI)和牙龈指数(GI)、不良反应、修复效果、语言和咀嚼功能等情况。结果与对照组的BI和GI相比,观察组均明显较低,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的修复总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);对照组的不良反应发生率为20.00%,显著高于观察组的的2.50%(P<0.05);观察组的语言和咀嚼功能均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用玻璃纤维增强树脂桩核修复残冠残根,能改善修复效果和预后,增强患者的语言和咀嚼功能,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glass fiber reinforced resin post and core in repair of residual crowns and roots of teeth.Methods A total of 80 patients who received repair of residual crowns and roots treated in the hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group(given glass fiber reinforced resin post and core)and the control group(given metal casting post and core repair)according to different treatments,with 40 cases in each group.The bleeding index(BI)and gum index(GI),adverse reactions,effect of repair,language and chewing function between the two groups were compared.Results The BI and GI of the observation group were significantly lower those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of repair in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20.00%,which was significantly higher than 2.50%of the observation group(P<0.05).The language and chewing function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Glass fiber reinforced resin post and core in repair of residual crowns and roots of teeth can improve the repair effect and diagnosis,enhance the language and chewing function of patients,and it is safe.
