健脾渗湿汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗泄泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾渗湿汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗泄泻的疗效。方法选取医院2020年7月至2021年8月收治的泄泻患者104例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各52例。两组患者均予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊口服,在此基础上,观察组加服健脾渗湿汤。两组患者均连续治疗两周。结果观察组大便次数、大便性状、体温恢复正常时间及腹痛缓解时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、肠球菌、肠杆菌数量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组的不良反应发生率相当(3.85%比1.92%,P>0.05)。结论健脾渗湿汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗泄泻,可改善肠道微生态,缓解临床症状。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Jianpi Shenshi Decoction combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules in the treatment of diarrhea.Methods A total of 104 patients with diarrhea treated in the hospital from July 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given Jianpi Shenshi Decoction.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Results The recovery time of stool frequency,stool characteristics,body temperature and the time for abdominal pain relief were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium,Enterococcus,Enterobacter were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group.between the two groups(3.85%vs.1.92%,P>0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shenshi decoction combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules in the treatment of diarrhea can improve intestinal microecology and relieve the clinical symptoms.
