摘 要:目的探讨中药煎药机与传统煎药法对中药饮片化学成分和疗效的影响。方法随机选取2020年1月至2021年1月采用中药饮片治疗的患者106例,根据不同煎药方法分为对照组和试验组,各53例。两组患者均服用黄连解毒汤,对照组采用传统煎药法,试验组采用中药煎药机,比较两组患者的临床疗效、单味中药得膏率、煎煮成本、治疗依从性、满意度。结果试验组和对照组患者的治疗总有效率相当(96.23%比94.34%,P>0.05);试验组患者的治疗依从性为98.11%,显著高于对照组的75.47%(P<0.05);试验组患者的满意度为96.23%,显著高于对照组的73.58%(P<0.05);中药煎药机和传统煎药法煎煮黄连解毒汤,其中单味中药黄连、栀子、黄芩、黄柏的得膏率相当(19.46%比19.12%,17.04%比17.36%,11.29%比12.07%,15.48%比14.24%,P>0.05),中药煎药机煎煮成本显著低于传统煎药法(P<0.05)。结论中药煎药机和传统煎药法煎煮中药饮片的疗效相当,但中药煎药机操作更方便,煎药效率更高,污染较少。Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decocting machine and traditional decocting method on the chemical composition and efficacy of Chinese herb pieces.Methods A total of 106 patients treated with Chinese herb pieces from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the test group according to different decoction methods,with 53 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups took Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,the patients in the control group used the traditional decoction method,and the patients in the test group used the TCM decoction machine.The clinical efficacy,single Chinese medicine extract rate,decoction cost,treatment compliance and satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the test group and the control group was similar(96.23%vs.94.34%,P>0.05).The treatment compliance of patients in the test group was 98.11%,which was significantly higher than that of 75.47%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the test group was 96.23%,which was significantly higher than that of 73.58%in the control group(P<0.05).In Huanglian Jiedu Decoction decocted by the two methods,the extraction rates of single Chinese herbs Coptis chinensis,Gardenia jasminoides,Scutellaria baicalensis and Phellodendron chinense were similar(19.46%vs.19.12%,17.04%vs.17.36%,11.29%vs.12.07%,15.48%vs.14.24%,P>0.05).The decocting cost of TCM decocting machine was significantly lower than that of traditional decocting method(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Jiedu Decoction decocted by the two methods has similar efficacy,but the TCM decocting machine is more convenient,the decocting efficiency is higher,and the pollution is less.
