重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用治疗牙周炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rhbFGF)治疗牙周炎的效果。方法选择医院2019年5月至2021年5月收治的牙周炎患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(常规治疗+rhbFGF治疗)与对照组(常规治疗),各40例,均治疗1个月。结果治疗后,观察组患者菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、牙龈指数、出血指数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-6,IL-8,IL-1β,TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组与对照组并发症发生率相当(10.00%比5.00%,P>0.05)。结论rhbFGF治疗牙周炎患者疗效显著,可改善患者的牙周指标,减轻炎性反应,且不增加药品不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of external application of recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor(rh-bFGF)in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with periodontitis treated in the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group(routine treatment+rh bFGF treatment)and the control group(routine treatment)according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated for one month.Results After treatment,the plaque index(PI),the depth of periodontal pocket,gingival index and bleeding index in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,IL-1βand tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of complications in the observation group was similar to that of the control group(10.00%vs.5.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion rh-bFGF in the treatment of periodontitis patients has significant effects and it can improve the periodontal indexes of patients,reduce inflammatory reactions without increasing adverse drug reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
