间苯三酚治疗不同部位输尿管结石效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨间苯三酚治疗不同部位输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年2月至2021年8月收治的输尿管结石患者195例,按给药剂量分为低、中、高剂量组(40,80,120 mg),各65例。3组患者均以注射用间苯三酚静脉滴注。每个剂量组又细分为上段、中段、下段亚组。结果低、中、高剂量组的上段、中段、下段亚组数字评价量表评分有显著差异(P<0.05);同剂量组内比较,仅低剂量组下段亚组与中段亚组有显著差异(P<0.05);间苯三酚缓解肾绞痛有效率超83.3%。结论单用间苯三酚可缓解输尿管结石所致肾绞痛,不同部位使用间苯三酚临床效果无明显差异。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of phloroglucinol in the treatment of ureteral calculi in different sites.Methods A total of 195 patients with ureteral calculi treated in the hospital from February 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into the low-,medium-and high-dose groups(40 mg,80 mg,120 mg)according to the dosage of drug,with 65 patients in each group.The patients in the three groups were given an intravenous infusion of Phloroglucinol Injection,the patients in the three groups were divided into upper segment subgroup、middle segment subgroup and lower segment subgroup according to the site of phloroglucinol.Results The scores of numerical rating scale(NRS)had a significant difference among the upper segment,middle segment,lower segment subgroups of low-,medium-and high-dose groups(P<0.05).Compared with the same dose group,the score of NRS in the lower segment subgroup was significantly different from that of the middle segment subgroup(P<0.05).The effective rate of phloroglucinol in relieving renal colic was more than 83.3%.Conclusion Phloroglucinol can relieve renal colic caused by ureteral calculi alone.There is no significant difference in the clinical efficacy of phloroglucinol in different sites of ureteral calculi.
