剖宫产术中小剂量右美托咪定对胎儿娩出后产妇血压和心率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产术中小剂量右美托咪定药物镇静对胎儿娩出后产妇血压和心率的影响。方法选取医院2019年4月至2020年4月收治的拟行剖宫产术产妇100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组产妇全部行腰-硬联合麻醉,对照组产妇给予氯化钠注射液镇静,观察组产妇给予右美托咪定进行镇静。结果在胎儿娩出后1,5,10 min,手术结束时,两组产妇的心率均显著改善,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组产妇的血压均显著改善,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产妇行剖宫产术后给予小剂量右美托咪定镇静,可有效改善其血压,促使心率能达到正常值范围。Objective To investigate the effect of low-and medium-dose dexmedetomidine applied during cesarean section on blood pressure and heart rate of parturient after delivery of fetus.Methods A total of 100 parturients admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 and planned to undergo cesarean section were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.All the parturients in the two groups were given combined spinal epidural anesthesia.The parturients in the control group were given Sodium Chloride Injection for sedation,and the parturients in the observation group were given dexmedetomidine for sedation.Results At 1,5 and 10 min after the delivery of the fetus and at the end of the operation,the heart rate of parturients in the two groups improved significantly,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure in the two groups improved significantly,and that in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose dexmedetomidine sedation after cesarean section can effectively improve the blood pressure and promote the heart rate reach the normal range.
