摘　　要：目的探讨支撑喉镜联合鼻窦内镜治疗声带息肉的临床疗效。方法选取医院2019年11月至2020年11月收治的声带息肉患者120例,随机分为常规组(采用支撑喉镜治疗)和实验组(采用支撑喉镜联合鼻窦内镜治疗),各60例,对比两组的临床疗效。结果实验组患者的各项临床指标均显著优于常规组,总有效率显著高于常规组(98.33%比81.67%,P<0.05);实验组患者的并发症发生率明显低于常规组(3.33%比20.00%,P<0.05)。结论支撑喉镜联合鼻窦内镜治疗声带息肉的疗效确切,可在缩短手术时间的同时降低患者术后的并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the supporting laryngoscope combined with nasal sinus endoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps.Methods A total of 120 patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group(treated with the supporting laryngoscope)and the test group(treated with the supporting laryngoscope and nasal sinus endoscope),with 60 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy in the two groups was compared.Results The clinical indexes in the test group were significantly better than those in the routine group,and the total effective rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(98.33%vs.81.67%,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the test group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(3.33%vs.20.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The supporting laryngoscope combined with nasal sinus endoscope is effective in the treatment of vocal cord polyps,which can shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complication.
