人性化护理用于前列腺电切术临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理应用于前列腺电切术患者的效果。方法选取医院2021年2月至2022年2月收治的前列腺电切术患者76例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。两组患者均行前列腺电切术,并予膀胱冲洗器冲洗,在此基础上,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行人性化护理,比较护理效果。结果观察组患者各项生命质量评分、护理满意度、各项护理质量评分均明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于前列腺电切术,能显著提升患者的生存质量、护理满意度及护理质量。Objective To investigate the effect of humanized nursing for patients underwent prostatectomy.Methods A total of 76 patients underwent electro-prostatectomy from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 38 cases in each group.All patients in the two groups underwent electro-prostatectomy and were rinsed with bladder irrigator.On this basis,the patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the observation group received humanized nursing.The nursing effects were compared.Results The scores of quality of life in each item,nursing satisfaction and nursing quality in eachitem in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing for electro-prostatectomy can significantly improve patients′quality of life,nursing satisfaction and nursing quality.
