摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科护理在胃癌胃大部切除术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取医院2019年11月至2021年11月收治的胃癌胃大部切除术后患者76例,按奇偶法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施快速康复外科护理。结果观察组患者的术后相关指标肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,体质量减少量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症发生率为7.89%,显著低于对照组的28.95%(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为94.74%,显著高于对照组的78.95%(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理可改善胃癌胃大部切除术后患者的相关指标,缩短其术后恢复时间,降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of fast recovery surgery nursing in patients with gastric cancer after subtotal gastrectomy.Methods A total of 76 patients with gastric cancer after subtotal gastrectomy admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to parity method,with 38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received fast recovery surgery nursing.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,aerofluxus time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the reduction of body mass in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.89%,which was significantly lower than 28.95%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 78.95%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast recovery surgery nursing can improve the relevant indexes of patients with gastric cancer after subtotal gastrectomy,shorten the postoperative recovery time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
