摘  要:对F级重型燃气轮机联合循环机组掺氢发电的基础运行特性建立数学模型,使用Python计算预测在不同掺氢比(质量比0~20%)下机组的效率、功率和燃气温度以及二氧化碳排放。然后将数学模型与Thermoflow软件物理模型的结果以及实际机组运行数据做变工况对比验证。研究结果表明:当调节空气流量保持透平进气温度不变时,掺氢比从0增大到20%,燃气轮机效率从37.14%升高到37.65%,相对升高1.37%,空气的化学当量比从2.48增大到2.63;100%、75%、50%负荷率下燃气轮机出力随掺氢比从0增大到20%分别相对升高1.40%、1.44%和1.35%。在100%负荷率下掺氢比从0增大到5%和10%,燃气轮机联合循环的输出功率分别升高0.10%和0.16%,燃气轮机和余热锅炉的排烟温度略升。随着掺氢比的增加,烟气中二氧化碳的含量显著减小。该结论可为氢气作为可再生能源的天然气联合循环发电机组效能的监测和调节提供参考。A mathematical model is established for basic operating characteristics of F-class heavy-duty gas turbine combined cycle unit hydrogen-mixed power generation.Python is used to calculate and predict the effect of different hydrogen-mixed ratios(mass ratio 0~20%) on the unit’s efficiency,power output and gas temperature,as well as produced carbon dioxide.Then,the results of the mathematical model by Python,the physical model by Thermoflow software and the actual unit operating data are compared for variable load conditions.The results show that,when the air flow is adjusted to keep the turbine inlet temperature unchanged,as the hydrogen mixing ratio increases from 0 to 20%,the gas turbine efficiency increases from 37.14% to 37.65%,by 1.37% relatively,and the stoichiometric ratio increases from 2.48 to 2.63,the gas turbine output increases by 1.40%,1.44% and 1.35% at 100%,75% and 50% load rates.At the load rates of 100%,when the hydrogen mixing ratio increases from 0 to 5%and 10%,the output power of the gas turbine and combined cycle increases by 0.10% and 0.16%,respectively,and the exhaust temperature of the gas turbine heat recovery steam generator increases slightly.With the increase of the hydrogen mixing ratio,the carbon dioxide emission concentration in flue gas decreases significantly.The research results can provide a reference to diagnosis and adjustment of energy efficiency for natural gas combined cycle units using hydrogen as a renewable energy.
