摘　　要：介绍了广东电网“1+4”现场监督体系以及实施现状,通过体系实行以来几起典型安全事故的分析,指出体系在应用中存在的问题,并提出优化措施,助力该体系在现场作业管控中发挥出应有的作用,进一步提升安全管理水平。The "1+4" on-site supervision system of Guangdong power grid and its implementation status are introduced.Based on the analysis on several typical safety accidents since the implementation of the system,the problems existing in the application of the system are pointed out,and optimization measures are proposed to help the system play its due role in on-site operation control and further improve the level of safety management.
