摘　　要：介绍了某火电厂500 kV第1串三台断路器测控装置、机组测控屏柜改造升级的实施过程,通过采取“掏屏改造”方式更新改造老旧设备,节约了工期,严控了风险,可供类似的改造项目借鉴。The implementation of upgrading the measurement and control devices for the first series of three 500 kV circuit breakers and the unit measurement and control panel cabinet in a coal-fired power plant is introduced.By adopting the "screen removal transformation",the old equipment is updated and renovated,which saves the construction period,strictly controls the risks and can be used as the reference for similar renovation projects.
