摘　　要：结合2022年全国安全生产月“遵守安全生产法,当好第一责任人”的主题,依据学习新《安全生产法》的四个变化,通过强化安全心理、利用从众心理、培养认同心理、激发模仿心理四个方面思考如何“当好第一责任人”,并付诸于实际行动,让安全成为一种习惯。In combination with the theme of "abide by the production safety law and be the person primarily liable" of the national production safety month in 2022,according to the four changes in studying the new production safety law,it is thought out how to "be the person primarily liable" by strengthening safety psychology,using conformity psychology,cultivating identification psychology and stimulating imitation psychology,which ought to be put into practice and enable safety to be a habit.
