摘　　要：综述聚乳酸类可生物降解材料制作缓控释药品制剂的相关研究,分别介绍这类材料在微粒给药、凝胶制剂、缓释支架与埋植制剂中的运用与制作方式,分析聚乳酸类可生物降解材料在缓控释药品制剂中现存的问题并展望其发展趋势。The related researches on the manufacturing of slow and controlled release pharmaceutical preparations with biodegradable polylactic acid materials are reviewed,the application and manufacturing methods of such materials in particle delivery,gel preparations,slow release stents and implant preparations are introduced,the existing problems of biodegradable polylactic acid materials in slow and controlled release pharmaceutical preparations are analyzed,and their development trends are looked forward to.
