摘 要:现代化工行业发展倾向于应用自动化、智能化的加工设备与工艺流程,以实现化工生产的高效性和安全性。过程模拟优化依托计算机技术,可对化工工艺全过程进行模拟,诊断各类工艺故障,优化工艺设计,有效保障化工工艺产品质量。基于此,分析了过程模拟优化技术在化工生产设备改造、新工艺研究和新装备设计中的应用价值,重点基于Aspen Plus过程模拟软件分别对气体分馏装置和顺酐溶剂吸收装置工艺参数进行模拟与优化。过程模拟优化技术在化工工艺设计中的应用可有效提高化工工艺设计的效率,降低成本和能源消耗,进而提高化工工艺设计的合理性和可靠性。The development of modern chemical industry tends to apply automatic and intelligent processing equipment and process flow to realize the efficiency and safety of chemical production.Relying on computer technology,process simulation and optimization can simulate the whole process of chemical process,diagnose various process faults,optimize process design,and effectively ensure the quality of chemical process products.Based on this,the application value of process simulation and optimization technology in chemical production equipment transformation,new process research and new equipment design is analyzed.The process parameters of gas fractionation unit and maleic anhydride solvent absorption unit are simulated and optimized based on Aspen Plus process and simulation software.The application of process simulation and optimization technology in chemical process design can effectively improve the efficiency of chemical process design,reduce cost and energy consumption,and then improve the rationality and reliability of chemical process design.
