摘　　要：该文通过对常用字符型LCD1602的写命令时序、内部显示地址、字符发生存储器的深入研究与分析,揭示了LCD1602的内部工作原理,总结出LCD1602显示字符的步骤,并根据显示步骤编写代码,在Proteus软件上仿真实现液晶屏显示字符的功能,为后期研究汉字显示以及图形显示的LCD液晶屏打下坚实的基础。Through the in-depth research and analysis of the writing command timing,internal display address and character generation memory of the commonly used character type LCD1602,this paper reveals the internal working principle of LCD1602,summarizes the steps of LCD1602 displaying characters,writes codes according to the display steps,and simulates the function of LCD displaying characters on Proteus software.It lays a solid foundation for the later research of Chinese character display and graphic display LCD screen.
