百万火电机组脱硫运行效率影响因素分析

摘  要:近两年鸳鸯湖电厂两台百万机组出现脱硫效率低的问题,总结出影响吸收塔效率的关键因素有3点:吸收塔浆液pH、浆液密度、氧化风量。鸳鸯湖两台机组控制好这3个因素后,至今吸收塔效率再未出现恶化情况,甚至入炉煤硫份达到1.8%,能够满足环保参数要求。但是保证以上参数正常,也需要设备维护以及运行参数调整,尤其要注意脱水皮带机脱水能力、脱硫废水投运情况等。In the past two years,two million units of Yuanyanghu Power Plant have encountered the problem of low desulfurization efficiency.It is concluded that the key factors affecting the efficiency of the absorption tower are:the pH of the slurry in the absorption tower,the slurry density,and the oxidation air volume.After the two units in Yuanyanghu Power Plant have controlled these three factors,the efficiency of the absorption tower has not deteriorated,and even the sulfur content of the fired coal reaches 1.8%,which can meet the requirements of environmental protection parameters.However,to ensure the above parameters are normal,equipment maintenance and operation parameter adjustment are also required,especially the dewatering capacity of the dewatering belt conveyor and the operation of desulfurization wastewater.
