摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化的加剧,年龄相关性疾病日益增多。衰弱综合征作为其中较为突出的疾病,已成为现代老年医学领域研究热点之一。老年人衰弱综合征是一组发病机制复杂、症状多样,涉及多系统、多维度的临床症候群的统称。慢性非传染性疾病(以下简称慢病)是其主要影响因素,二者常常互相影响、互为因果。老年患者随着年龄增加,各系统器官功能逐渐减退、机体脆性增加的同时,罹患多种慢病,导致机体处于慢性耗损状态,躯体活动减少,肌肉日益衰减,进而引发衰弱综合征。With the intensification of population aging in my country,age-related diseases are increasing.As a prominent disease,frailty syndrome has become one of the research hotspots in the field of modern geriatric medicine.Frailty syndrome is a group of geriatric syndromes with complex pathogenesis,diverse clinical symptoms,involving multiple systems and multiple dimensions.Chronic non-communicable diseases(hereinafter referred to as"chronic diseases")are the main influencing factors,and the two often influence each other and cause each other.With the increase of age,the functions of various organs and organs of elderly patients gradually decline,and the body becomes more vulnerable.At the same time,they suffer from various chronic diseases,which lead to the chronic wasting of the body,the reduction of physical activity,and the progressive weakening of muscles,which in turn leads to frailty syndrome.
