摘 要:随着人们生活水平的提高,城市建设的快速发展,以及地下空间的大力开发利用,深基坑建筑物越来越多,在地下水丰富的地区,深基坑内地下水位较高,坑内降水是一个必不可少的施工环节,一般采用的是深井井点降水方法,而降水井的封堵成功与否直接影响工程的整体施工质量。依地下水位高低分两种情况阐述了降水井封井施工工艺方法和质量控制措施,以确保降水井封堵后满足地下室防水施工的要求,实践证明该施工方法应用效果良好,值得推广应用。With the improvement of people’s living standards, the rapid development of urban construction, and the vigorous development and utilization of underground space, there were more and more deep foundation pit buildings, in the areas with rich groundwater, the groundwater level in the deep foundation pit was high, and the dewatering in the pit was an indispensable construction link, generally, the dewatering method of deep well points was adopted, and the success or not of the dewatering well plugging directly affected the overall construction quality of the engineering. This paper elaborated the construction technology and quality control measures of dewatering well plugging according to two situations of groundwater level height, so as to ensure that the dewatering well could meet the requirements of basement waterproof construction after plugging, the practice proved that the construction method had good application effect and worth popularizing.
