摘  要:通过测试表观黏度、微观形貌等,分析阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM,分子量1 200万、1 500万、1 600万、1 800万)对水泥浆体性能的影响。研究结果表明:不同分子量APAM对浆体表观黏度的影响与其掺量有关,掺量在0.003%时,APAM的絮凝作用取决于它在浆体中的摩尔浓度和链长,浆体表观黏度随APAM分子量增大,呈先减小后增大的趋势;掺量在0.006%,0.01%和0.015%时,APAM絮凝作用主要取决于分子链链长,浆体表观黏度随APAM分子量的增大,呈先增大后减小的趋势。总体上各分子量APAM掺量越多,浆体表观黏度值越大,但不同分子量APAM的掺量临界点不一样。浆体的流动度、泌水率与表观黏度呈负相关。通过SEM分析发现APAM与水泥熟料矿物水化生成的Ca相互作用,生成-COO-Ca-OOC-等离子键化合物,会缩短水泥浆体的初凝时间和终凝时间。故砂石厂应根据APAM分子量严格控制用量。This paper mainly analyzes the influence mechanism of anionic polyacrylamid(APAM, molecular weight 12 million, 15 million, 16 million and 18 million) on cement paste by measuring apparent viscosity and micro morphology. The results show that the effect of APAM with different molecular weight on the apparent viscosity of the slurry is related to its dosage. When the dosage is 0.003%, the flocculation of APAM depends on chain length and its molar concentration in the slurry. The apparent viscosity of the slurry decreases first and then increases with the increase of APAM molecular weight;when the dosage is 0.006%, 0.01% and 0.015%, the flocculation of APAM mainly depends on the molecular chain length. The apparent viscosity of the slurry increases first and then decreases with the increase of APAM molecular weight. In general, the higher the content of APAM with each molecular weight, the greater the apparent viscosity of the slurry, but the critical point of APAM with different molecular weight is different. The fluidity and bleeding rate of slurry were negatively correlated with the apparent viscosity. SEM analysis shows that the interaction between APAM and Cagenerated by mineral hydration of cement clinker can produce-COO-Ca-OOC-ionic bond compound, which can shorten the initial and final setting time of cement slurry. Therefore, the sand factory should strictly control the dosage according to the molecular weight of APAM.
