摘　　要：钢箱梁因其具有工厂化制造、较强经济性等特点常被步行桥作为加劲梁的首选形式,以丹江口市沧浪洲生态湿地步行桥钢箱梁工程的制造实践,针对钢箱梁结构的特点、加工制作的难点、重点以及实际施工条件,介绍了钢箱梁制造过程中的重点工艺技术及质量保证措施。Steel box girder is often used as the preferred form of stiffening girder by pedestrian bridge because of its characteristics of industrialized manufacturing and strong economy. Based on the manufacturing practice of steel box girder project of Canglangzhou ecological wetland pedestrian bridge in Danjiangkou City. This paper introduces the key technology and quality assurance measures in the manufacturing process of steel box girder according to the characteristics of steel box girder structure,difficulties in processing and manufacturing, key points and actual construction conditions.
