摘 要:在建筑运行能耗中,供暖空调系统的能耗占有较大的比重,而室内设计参数以及使用者的行为对建筑能耗的影响是不可忽视的。采用DeST-h能耗模拟软件,对北京地区某住宅建筑进行模型搭建,在初始模型的基础上,通过改变输入参数,分析不同的室内设计参数对住宅建筑空调负荷的影响。模拟结果表明,室内设计温度和室外通风对住宅建筑空调负荷的影响较大,而人员、照明、设备等室内热扰对空调负荷的影响相对较小。从建筑节能的角度看,适当调整室内设计温度、合理进行建筑通风都有利于降低建筑空调运行能耗。In the energy consumption of building operation, the energy consumption of heating and air-conditioning system occupies a large proportion, and the influence of indoor design parameters and occupants’ behavior on building energy consumption cannot be ignored. The energy consumption simulation software DeST-h is used to build the model of a residential building in Beijing. Based on the initial model, by changing the input parameters, the impacts of different indoor design parameters on the air-conditioning load of the residential building is analyzed. The simulation results show that indoor design temperatures, and outdoor ventilation have greater impacts on the air-conditioning load of the residential building, while indoor thermal disturbances such as occupants, lighting, and equipment have relatively small impacts on the air-conditioning load. From the perspective of building energy saving, proper adjustment of indoor design temperatures and reasonable building ventilation are all beneficial to reducing building air-conditioning operation energy consumption.
