生物电结合足反射推拿疗法对产妇心理及尿失禁情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨生物电结合足反射推拿疗法对产妇心理及尿失禁情况的影响。方法:选取某社区2020年5月—2021年12月收治产妇84例,分为对照组(n=42,常规生物电刺激治疗)、观察组(n=42,生物电刺激结合中医的足反射疗法),观察患者心理状况及尿失禁改善情况。结果:治疗后观察组盆底肌力牛津系统评分、SAS及SDS、产后压力性尿失禁问卷结果均优于对照组。结论:生物电结合足反射推拿疗法能改善盆底肌肌力及尿失禁状况,减少不良情绪,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of bielectricity combined with foot reflexion massage therapy on psychology and urinary incontinence of parturients.Methods:A total of 84 cases of parturients admitted to a community from May 2020 to December 2021 were divided into control group(n=42,conventional bioelectric stimulation therapy) and observation group(n=42,bioelectric stimulation combined with foot reflexia therapy of traditional Chinese medicine),and the improvement of patients’ psychological status and urinary incontinence were observed.Results:After treatment,the results of pelvic floor muscle strength Oxford system score,SAS and SDS,postpartum stress urinary incontinence questionnaire in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:Bioelectricity combined with foot reflexion massage therapy can improve pelvic floor muscle strength and urinary incontinence,reduce bad mood and improve the quality of life.
