导尿致男科疾病的原因分析与对策

摘　　要：近年来随着计划生育的开放,男科疾病的研究越发被重视,男科发展逐步专业化。男性尿道具有特殊性,相较女性经尿道导尿难度大、并发症复杂,国内的导尿操作规范及基础护理教材对于男性导尿的教学内容仍有缺失。通过查阅相关文献,文章从男科角度将男性导尿活动中可引起的各种男科疾病的原因及处置策略进行综述。In recent years,with the opening up of family planning,more and more attention has been paid to the research of andrological diseases,and the development of andrology has gradually become professional.The male urethra has its particularity.Compared with the female urethral catheterization,it is more difficult and complicated.The domestic urethral catheterization operation specifications and basic nursing textbooks still lack the teaching content of male urethral catheterization.By consulting relevant literature,this paper reviews the causes and treatment strategies of various andrological diseases caused by male catheterization from the perspective of andrology.
