基于中医执业医师资格考试《内经选读》教学改革探索

摘　　要：以中医执业医师考试大纲设立中医经典模块为标志,经典课程在中医院校教育的地位逐步提高。作为中医经典类课程的第一站,《内经选读》文辞古朴、意理深奥、内容抽象,对学生前期课程掌握深度要求较高。传统教学模式教学方法单一,较难提高学生学习兴趣,无法达到预期教学效果。针对该课程现有教学不足,立足中医执业医师资格考试大纲新要求,对内经教学模式、教学资源、教学特色与教学理念等方面进行改革创新,通过稳步践行BOPPPS教学法,择优搭载网络素材,积极开展第二课堂以及深入培育人文精神等新举措提高内经教学效果,有助于夯实学生经典学习基础,为内经课程乃至其他中医经典课程的教学提供借鉴。Marked by the establishment of the traditional Chinese medicine classic module in the examination syllabus for practicing doctors of traditional Chinese medicine,the status of the classic course in the education of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities has been gradually improved.As the first stop of classical Chinese medicine courses,Selected Readings of Neijing has simple diction,profound meaning and abstract content,which has high requirements for students to master the depth of early courses.The traditional teaching mode and teaching method are single,which is difficult to improve students’ interest in learning and can not achieve the expected teaching effect.In view of the existing teaching deficiencies of this course,based on the new requirements of the syllabus for the qualification examination for medical practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine,we will reform and innovate the teaching mode,teaching resources,teaching characteristics and teaching ideas of Neijing,We will improve the teaching effect of Neijing by steadily practicing the BOPPPS teaching method,selecting the best Online materials,actively developing the second classroom and deeply cultivating the humanistic spirit,which will help consolidate the foundation of students’ classic learning,so as to provide reference for the teaching of Neijing course and other classic courses of traditional Chinese medicine.
