摘　　要：文章分析艺术硕士联合培养基地协同育人平台面临的问题,依据艺术硕士专业培养特点,建立规范化、科学化、系统化和制度化的管理制度和评估指标。在培养过程中将“实践”作为关键环节,构建突出培养实践能力的管理制度,在此基础上再构建科学合理的综合评价指标体系并采用AHP层次分析法设置权重。优化艺术硕士联合培养方案,为艺术硕士联合培养制度的建设和完善提供一个参考依据,提高研究生教育质量,满足社会需求。This paper analyzes the problems faced by the collaborative education platform of master of arts joint training base,and establishes standardized,scientific,systematic and institutionalized management system and evaluation index according to the characteristics of master of arts professional training.Take "practice" as the key link in the training process,build a management system that highlights the training of practical ability.On this basis,a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed and the weight is set by AHP analytic hierarchy process,so as to optimize the joint training program of master of arts,provide a reference basis for the construction and improvement of the joint training system of basis,improve the quality of postgraduate education,and meet the needs of the society.
