摘　　要：目的 探讨血清CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平在青春期多囊卵巢综合征中的表达特点。方法 选择符合纳入标准的100例青春期PCOS患者作为观察组,其中肥胖型PCOS 40例(肥胖型PCOS组),非肥胖型60例(非肥胖型PCOS组);同期70例正常青春期女性作为对照组。检测CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平;检测空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)和胰岛素(fasting serum lisulin, FINS)水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果 PCOS组中血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6及HOMA-IR水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);肥胖型PCOS组血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平明显高于非肥胖型PCOS组(P<0.05)。结论 青春期PCOS患者血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平明显升高,说明炎症因子可能参与青春期PCOS的发病过程。Objective To study the expression of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-a in the serum of patients with Adolescence polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods Patients with Adolescence polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) were selected as the observation group(100cases), and 70 routine medical examination Adolescence women as the control group. The levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-a,fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and fasting serum insulin(FINS) were detected Insulin Resistance Index(HOMA-IR) was calculated. Results Serum levels of CRP,TNF-a,IL-6 and HOMA-IR in PCOS group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of CRP,TNF-a and IL-6 in the obese PCOS group were higher than those in the nonobese PCOS group(P<0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of CRP, TNF-a and IL-6 were significantly increased in Adolescent PCOS patients, which suggested that inflammatory factors might be involved in the pathogenesis of Adolescence polycystic ovary syndrome.
