摘  要:针对环北部湾地区水资源利用存在地下水超采、挤占河道生态用水、局部水污染等问题,为合理开发利用水资源,通过水利工程节点网络图构建水资源优化配置模型,经模型分析计算并综合考虑水系河网结构、水资源特点、缺水地区分布、水源解决方案及行政区划的空间位置,统筹本地水与外调水等关系,初步提出环北部湾地区水资源配置方案和总体布局,为构建环北部湾地区供水安全保障体系提供依据。Aiming at the problem of groundwater overexploitation, occupied ecologic flow and local water pollution in water resource utilization of Beibu Gulf Rim(BGR), water resources optimal allocation model was built through the hydro-network node diagram. Based on the model analysis and the main factors including river networks structure, water resources characteristics, water shortage areas distribution, solutions and administrative division, the water resources allocation and pattern of the district was preliminary determined. The research is useful and meaningful for the BGR water resources development and utilization.
