摘 要:鉴于目前我国城市面源污染仍未达到标准化状态,无法更好地指导规划设计,在前期基础资料收集和实际调研的基础上,借助GIS等工具,建立了精细化SWMM模型,通过编制Control Rules控制语言,实现了雨水调蓄池控制,分析了区域内面源污染特点及不同重现期(1、2、3、5、10年)下调蓄池面源污染控制效果。结果表明,城市面源污染程度受降雨强度的影响较大,表现为降雨强度越小(形成径流),径流污染程度越大;分流制雨水调蓄池在城市面源污染控制上可起到较好的调控效果,但单一的调蓄池控制措施无法实现径流污染物排放平均浓度达到地表Ⅲ类水体的标准。At present, the domestic urban non-point pollution do not reach the standard state, and it cannot better guide the planning and design. On the basis of the preliminary basic data collection and practical survey, with the help of GIS and other tools, a refined SWMM model was established. The control of rainwater storage pool was realized by compiling the control language of Control Rules, and the characteristics and pollution control effect of non-point source pollution in the area under different return period(1-year, 2-year, 3-year, 5-year, 10-year) were analyzed. The simulation results show that the pollution level of urban non-point source is greatly influenced by rainfall intensity, which shows that the smaller the rainfall intensity(the formation of runoff), the greater the degree of runoff pollution is. The shunted rainwater storage pool can play a good role in the control of urban non-point source pollution, but a single storage pool control measure cannot achieve the average concentration of runoff pollutant emissions to meet the standard of class Ⅲ surface water bodies.
