摘 要:围堤作为影响嫩江、松花江河道防洪安全最重要的因素,为分析围堤对嫩江河道行洪能力的影响程度,以嫩江江桥至大赉河段为研究对象,构建一维水动力学模型,并采用2021年实测洪痕对模型进行糙率率定,推求嫩江江桥至大赉河段有无围堤情况的水面线,根据江桥和大赉断面堤防防洪设计值,分析河道实际行洪能力。结果表明,嫩江江桥至大赉河段内围堤阻水十分严重,35年一遇堤防设防标准下,围堤壅水高度值为0.24~0.89 m,约减少行洪流量3 200~3 600 m^(3)/s,现状行洪能力仅为设计行洪能力的75%,使干流堤防防洪能力由35年一遇降至不足20年一遇。The embankments in the river beach area have become the most important factor affecting the flood control safety of Nenjiang River and Songhua River. In order to analyze the influence of the embankments on the flood-discharging capacity of Nenjiang River, taking the section from Jiangqiao to Dalai River as the research object, a one-dimensional hydrodynamic model was constructed. The roughness coefficients of the model were determined by the actual measured flood marks in 2021. Then the water surface lines were calculated from the Jiangqiao river section to Dalai river section with or without embankment. According to the flood control design values of levees at Jiangqiao and Dalai sections, the actual flood discharge capacity of the river channel were analyzed. The results show that the water blocking of the embankments in the river reach of Nenjiang River is very serious. Under the 35-year return period for flood control standard of levees, the banked-up water levels of the embankments were 0.24~0.89 m, and the flood discharge was reduced by 3 200~3 600 m^(3)/s. As a result, the current flood discharge capacity was only 75% of the design flood discharge capacity, and the flood control standard of the levees has been reduced from 35 year return period to less than 20 year return period.
