摘  要:纵向预应力钢绞线对提升渡槽结构的安全性能具有良好的作用,但在施工过程中,张拉顺序不当可能会引起槽身开裂,因此确定合理的张拉顺序是槽身施工设计的重要内容。以国内某U形预应力渡槽为例,提出了确定张拉顺序的计算方法,同时给出了相应的评价准则,并通过有限元计算模型进行验证。结果表明,所提方法能较为准确地计算预应力钢绞线张拉过程中槽身的纵向应力,并确定出最优的张拉方案,可为实际工程中张拉方案的制定提供理论支撑。The longitudinal prestressed steel strand plays a good role in improving the safety performance of aqueduct structure, but in the construction process, improper tensile sequence may cause the crack of the trench body, so it is an important content to determine the reasonable tensile sequence of the trench body construction design. Taking a domestic U-shaped prestressed aqueduct as an example, a calculation method for determining the sequence of tension was proposed, and the corresponding evaluation criteria were given, which were verified by finite element calculation model. The results show that the above method can accurately calculate the longitudinal stress of the groove body in the process of prestressed steel strand tension and determine the optimal tension scheme, which provides theoretical support for the formulation of the tension scheme in practical engineering.
