摘 要:目的通过某高校员工血脂、尿酸、血压水平及其相关因素分析,为健康管理提供依据。方法采用现况研究对2019年1-8月20~60岁来该院接受体检的1326例员工为本次研究对象,其中男706例(53.24%),女620例(46.76%),空腹测血脂、尿酸及血压水平情况;采用回顾性队列研究的方法对患高脂血症和非高脂血症与患高血压、高尿酸血症进行比较观察。结果血脂指标总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)在性别年龄中有差异,30~60岁各年龄段男女血脂异常检出率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);30-60岁各年龄段男女血脂水平差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),高脂血症中患高血压比非高脂血症患高血压数量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高脂血症中患高尿酸血症比非高脂血症患高尿酸血症差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论某高校员工在30~60岁年龄段中血脂水平与年龄增长呈正相关,男性高血脂风险因素大于女性;高脂血症与高尿酸血症和原发性高血压之间关系密切,因此,高校应注重有效管控员工血脂、血压及尿酸整体水平,具有重要临床意义。Objective Through the analysis of blood lipid,uric acid,blood pressure and related factors of employees of the university to provide basis for health management.Methods A cross-sectional study for 1326 employees who came to hospital for physical examination at the age of 20-60 in the 1-8 months of 2019 were selected as the research subjects,including 706 males(53.24%)and 620 females(46.76%).The blood lipid,uric acid and blood pressure were measured in fasting state.A retrospective cohort study,com-pared hyperlipidemia and non hyperlipidemia with hypertension and hyperuricemia.Results TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C are different in gender and age,and the detection rate of dyslipidemia in male and female of groups of 30-60 age group is statistically different(P<0.05),the leves of dyslipidemia in male and female of groups of 30-60 age group is statistically different(P<0.05),the number of hyperlipidemia patients with hyperten-sion was statistically significant compared with non-hyperlipidemia patients with hypertension(P<0.05),there was a statistically notable difference between hyperuricemia in hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia in non-hyperlipidemia(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood lipid level in the 30-60 age group is positively correlated with age.The risk factors for hyperlipidemia in male are greater than female;hyperlipidemia is closely related to hyperuricemia and hypertension.Therefore,the reserch supply the important clinical significance to univer-sity which should focus on effectively controlling the overall levels of blood lipids,blood pressure and uric acid.
