摘  要:目的:探讨以“learn”理念实施护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年12月1日~2018年12月1日在某三级甲等医院心血管疾病诊疗中心接受治疗的120例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预基础上以“learn”理念实施护理干预;比较两组生活质量评分[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]。结果:干预后,观察组生理功能(PF)、总体健康(GH)、精力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、精神健康(MH)维度得分均高于干预前及对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:通过以“learn”理念实施护理干预措施,可以提高慢性心力衰竭患者的生活质量,为以“learn”理念护理干预措施对其他系统疾病的护理干预提供一定的参考依据,值得在临床应用推广。Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on the learn concept on the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods: During December 1,2016 to December 1,2018,120 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the stidy objects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random table method, with 60 cases in each group.The control group performed routine nursing intervention, and the observation group performed nursing intervention based on the learn concept on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The quality of life scores by the health survet profile(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results: After the intervention, the physiological function(PF),the general health(GH),the vitality(VT),the social function(SF),the emotional function(RE),and the mental health(MH) scores were higher in the observation group than those before intervention and in the control grou(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion: Implementation of nursing intervention based on the learn concept can improve the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure, provide reference for the nursing intervention for other systemic diseases, which is worthy of clinical application.
