摘  要:采用空气助燃超音速火焰喷涂HVAF(High Velocity Air Fuel)在304不锈钢基材上制备三种粉末粒径不同WC-10Co-4Cr涂层。利用光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、维氏显微硬度仪、万能拉伸试验机、抗冲蚀试验机对涂层的孔隙率、微观形貌、力学性能、断裂韧性以及气体喷砂冲蚀性能进行研究分析。结果表明,HVAF喷涂的WC-10Co-4Cr涂层孔隙率低,硬度与结合强度高、断裂韧性好,涂层抗冲蚀性能优异。WC-10Co-4Cr涂层在30°冲蚀角下,涂层的气体喷砂冲蚀磨损主要为微切削产生的犁沟。在90°冲蚀角度下,涂层的气体喷砂冲蚀磨损主要表现为疲劳剥落特征。Three WC-10Co-4Cr coatings with different powder sizes were prepared on 304 stainless steel substrate by HVAF(High Velocity Air Fuel).The porosity,micro morphology,mechanical properties,fracture toughness and blasting erosion properties of the coating were studied and analyzed by Optical microscope(OM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Vickers microhardness instrument,universal tensile testing machine and erosion resistance testing machine.The results showed that the WC-10Co-4Cr coating sprayed by HVAF exhibited low porosity,high hardness and bonding strength,good fracture toughness and excellent erosion resistance.Under the erosion angle of 30°,the erosion wear of WC-10Co-4Cr coating by blasting was mainly the furrow produced by micro cutting.At the spraying angle of 90°,the blasting erosion wear of the coating was mainly characterized by fatigue spalling.
