摘 要:透明导电薄膜(TCF)由于其兼具较高的透光度和较低的电阻率,被广泛应用在太阳电池、传感器和柔性有机发光二极管(OLED)等光电子器件中,制备高性能的TCF对其应用至关重要。采用胶束软模板法成功制备出一维的聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩)纳米线(PEDOT NW),并与丹宁酸功能化碳纳米管(TCNT)相结合,通过喷涂法得到TCNT/PEDOT NW-聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)透明导电薄膜。结果表明:该薄膜在透光度为80.9%时,方块电阻为594.8Ω/□。随后,以该薄膜作为阳极制备出柔性OLED器件,该器件在电压为6.5 V时最高亮度为2580cd/m^(2);在电压为5 V时最高电流效率为1.6127cd/A,显示出其在光电子设备领域较大的应用潜力。Due to high transmittance and low resistivity,transparent conductive films(TCFs) are widely used in solar cells,sensors,flexible organic light emitting diodes(OLEDs) and other optoelectronic devices,and the preparation of high-performance TCFs is very important for their applications.One-dimensional poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) nanowires(PEDOT NWs) were successfully prepared by the micellar soft templating method,and combined with tannin-functionalized carbon nanotubes(TCNTs),TCNT/PEDOT NW-polyethylene terephthalate(PET) transparent conductive film was prepared by spraying process.The results show that when the transmittance of the film is 80.9%,the sheet resistance is 594.8 Ω/□.Subsequently,the film was used as an anode to fabricate a flexible OLED device.The device has a maximum brightness of 2 580 cd/m^(2) at a voltage of 6.5 V and a maximum current efficiency of 1.612 7 cd/A at a voltage of 5 V,showing its great application potential in the field of optoelectronic equipment.
