摘　　要：为提升企业级多类别、多格式、大体量、分散存放的勘测资源数据管理和使用效率,满足数据“管、看、用”的需求,在分析借鉴当前数据管理技术、案例的基础上,结合企业级勘测数据实际,构建面向企业的勘测资源数据管理框架体系。该体系以管理框架为依据创建内容全面、组织规范、开放共享的大数据中心;研发数据管理应用平台,借鉴大数据分布式思路提升数据访问效率,调用重写专业软件提升数据处理能力,实现展示数据“可看、可查、可调”和基础数据“可取、可用”;利用软硬件支撑和规范制度保障其安全高效和生命可持续。通过在济南勘测院项目生产和业务推广中应用验证其实用性。In order to improve the data management and use efficiency of enterprise multi-category,multi-format,large volume,dispersed surveying and mapping resources,and meet the needs of “management,viewing and use” of data,based on the analysis of current data management technologies and cases,combined with the actual enterprise data,construction of enterprise surveying and mapping data management framework system.A big data center with comprehensive content,organizational norms,open sharing was created based on the management framework.Develop the data management application platform,improving data access efficiency by using big data distributed idea,improve data processing ability by call rewriting professional software,realize the “viewable,searchable and adjustable” of display data and the ’desirable and available’ of basic data.Using hardware and software support and standard system to ensure its safety,efficiency and sustainable life.Its practicability is verified by application in project production and business promotion of Jinan Survey Institute.
