摘  要:以满足国家基本政策为出发点,以解决实际需求为着眼点,本文针对当前农村人居环境整治工作中农村垃圾分布广、分散、隐蔽等特点,通过传统人力巡查发现耗时耗力的现状,本文提出一种利用测绘地理信息部门的遥感影像资源结合人工智能算法进行垃圾目标的识别的方案,大力提高农村全域清洁化工作中的巡查效率,以数字化、信息化手段赋能人居环境整治,助力乡村振兴。In order to meet the basic national policies as the starting point and solving the actual needs as the starting point,aiming at the characteristics of wide distribution,dispersion and concealment of rural garbage in the current rural residential environment renovation,this paper finds the current situation of time-consuming and labor-consuming through traditional human patrol inspection,This paper proposes a scheme to identify garbage targets by using the remote sensing image resources of the surveying and mapping geographic information department combined with artificial intelligence algorithm,so as to greatly improve the inspection efficiency in the whole rural cleaning work,enable the renovation of human settlements by means of digitization and informatization,and help the revitalization of rural areas.
