摘  要:为了获得碟式制动盘优良的铸造工艺,消除铸件缩孔缩松的出现,提高铸件的力学性能。利用AnyCasting铸造有限元分析软件对碟式制动盘的两种砂型铸造过程进行了模拟分析。分析结果表明:当采用第一种铸造方案时一次只能得到一个铸件,冲型时间为3.4 s,凝固时间为658.6 s;第二种铸造方案设置合理的冷铁与冒口,采用一模三腔,一次铸造可以形成三个铸件,冲型时间为7.48 s,凝固时间为591.02 s,并且没有缩孔缩松缺陷。In order to obtain the excellent casting process of disc brake disc,eliminate the occurrence of shrinkage cavity and porosity,and improve the mechanical properties of the casting.Two sand mold casting processes of disc brake disc were simulated and analyzed by AnyCasting finite element analysis software.The first mock exam is that only one casting can be obtained at one time,the time of the impact is 3.4 seconds,the solidification time is 658.6 seconds.The second casting schemes are reasonable cold iron and riser,and one mold three cavity is adopted.One casting can form three castings,the impact time is 7.48 seconds,the solidification time is 591.02 seconds,and there is no shrinkage cavity and shrinkage defect.
