摘 要:迎角传感器是现代飞机上用于测量飞行迎角数据的关键设备。迎角传感器的安装需达到高精度要求,否则传感器测量出的迎角数据会叠加有结构安装误差,影响真实飞行数据获得。针对在民用飞机机身上安装迎角传感器的工作,提出一种迎角传感器安装精度的分析方法。对机身载体结构、制孔方案、迎角传感器成品件外形展开研究,结合现有工艺操作精度水平,建立迎角传感器安装精度的计算模型,得到理论安装精度偏差。最后,根据计算模型给出影响传感器安装精度的关键因素。工艺操作结果表明,所给的结论用于提高迎角传感器的安装精度是可行的。Angle of attack(AOA) sensors are key devices used on airplanes to measure flight data.The installation of the AOA sensor should meet the requirements of high precision,otherwise the AOA data measured by the sensor will be superimposed with structural installation errors,which will affect the effectiveness of flight data.Aiming at the work of AOA sensor installation,ananalytical method has been proposed to solve the installation accuracy problem.Based on the research of fuselage structure,hole-punch,shape of AOA sensor,and extra consideration about practical operation accuracy level,a kind of installation accuracy calculation model has been established.By putting the dimensional data to the model,theoretical deviation of sensor installation has been obtained.Finally,according to the calculation model,the key methods that would improve AOA sensor installation accuracyare proposed.The technological operation shows the proposed methodsare effectiveand reasonable.
