摘 要:针对墨西哥浅水固井作业中,因地层复杂情况频发导致的水泥浆经常临调整的技术难点,通过针对性研究,对水泥、外掺料、添加剂等进行针对性筛选,通过室内实验,开发了一套广密度水泥浆技术,具有同一混灰可调密度范围广(1.90~2.15 g.cm^(-3))、无需使用加重剂、成本低等优点,在墨西哥浅水固井作业中广泛应用。Aiming at solving the technical challenges that the cement slurry is often adjusted due to the frequent occurrence of complex formation conditions in the shallow water cementing operation in Gulf of Mexico,through targeted research,the required cement,solid materials and liquid additives are selected through laboratory tests.A set cement slurry technology with wide-adjusted density range has been developed.The technology has the advantages of wide adjustable density range(1.90~2.15 g.cm-3) with the same mixed blend,no need to use weighting agent and low cost,etc.It is widely used in shallow water cementing operations in Gulf of Mexico.
