现浇简支箱梁施工中竹胶模板的应用

摘　　要：竹胶模板材质具有硬度高、抗折、抗压且施工中制作、安装和拆卸方便操作等特点,主要用于现浇简支梁、桥台、路基附属等特殊结构物的内、外模。以镇朔湖特大桥现浇简支箱梁采用竹胶模板制作内、外膜在施工中的应用为例,从竹胶模板的使用范围、特点、施工工艺、注意事项等进行简述,为类似工程施工提供参考。Bamboo rubber formwork material has the characteristics of high hardness,folding resistance,compression resistance and convenient operation during construction,installation and disassembly.It is mainly used for the internal and external molds of special structures such as cast-in-place simply supported beams,abutments and subgrade attachments.In this paper,the application of bamboo rubber formwork in the construction of inner and outer film of cast-in-place simply-supported box girder of Zhenshuohu bridge is introduced.the application scope,characteristics,construction technology and matters needing attention of bamboo rubber formwork are introduced.it can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
