摘 要:胶带输送机是煤矿工作时的重要使用设备,一旦发生故障就会导致整体工作效率受到影响,为此,必须提升运行状态监测效果,设计一种煤矿胶带输送机运行状态智能监测方法。采集胶带输送机视频图像数据,对视频图像除噪,区分图像背景与目标,并确定胶带输送机运行速度,根据速度评估胶带输送机的运行状态,以此实现胶带输送机运行状态的智能监测。经实验证明,设计方法监测结果与实际情况的一致性系数较高,具有较高的监测精度。Belt conveyor is an important equipment used in coal mine.Once it breaks down,the overall working efficiency will be affected.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the monitoring effect of the running state.Therefore,this paper designs an intelligent monitoring method for the running state of belt conveyor in coal mine.Collect the video image data of the belt conveyor,remove the noise of the video image,distinguish the image background and target,determine the running speed of the belt conveyor,and evaluate the running state of the belt conveyor according to the speed,so as to achieve intelligent monitoring of the running state of the belt conveyor.It is proved by experiments that the design method has a high consistency coefficient between the monitoring results and the actual situation,and has a high monitoring accuracy.
