摘  要:超音速火焰喷涂WC10Co4Cr涂层作为硬铬镀层替代工艺,已广泛应用于各类活塞杆零件表面防护,效果优异[1]。某电液舵机、侧风门作动筒活塞杆基体材料为18Cr2Ni4WA,防护工艺为超音速火焰喷涂WC10Co4Cr涂层。零件在海上使用过程中,出现涂层鼓包、脱落现象。对比了增加厚度+磨削后增加第2次封孔处理涂层与未增加厚度两种防护工艺下试验件的厂内耐蚀性试验、外场验证效果,旨在为解决海洋性气候下钢件防护工艺提供数据支撑及理论依据。The supersonic flame spraying WC10Co4Cr coating,as a substitute for hard chromium coating,has been widely used for surface protection of various piston rod parts with excellent effect.The base material of the piston rod of the electro-hydraulic steering gear and the actuator cylinder of the side wind valve of a certain model submarine is 18Cr2Ni4WA,and the protection process is supersonic flame spraying WC10Co4Cr coating.During the offshore use of parts,the coating bulges and falls off.This paper compares the effect of in plant corrosion resistance test and field verification of test pieces under the two protection processes of increasing thickness+adding the second hole sealing treatment coating after grinding and not increasing thickness,in order to provide data support and theoretical basis for solving the protection process of steel parts under marine climate.
