摘　　要：青岛有着丰富的海岛资源,海岛旅游将是青岛旅游产业深度拓展的关键场域。利用层次分析法从生态资源、开发环境和社会条件方面对青岛海岛旅游开发条件进行了系统性的定量评价,模糊综合评价结果属于最高级别的“非常适宜开发”。依据评价结果构建了SWOT模型,形成了政府导向、环境保护、人才引流、市场监管、节事营销、陆岛联动等板块的宏观开发策略。Qingdao has abundant island resources,and island tourism will be a key field for the indepth expansion of Qingdao’s tourism industry.Qingdao island tourism development conditions systematically and quantitatively evaluate its ecological resources,development environment and social conditions through AHP,determine the membership relationship of each layered index,and obtain the highest level of evaluation results of "very suitable for development" through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.According to the SWOT model constructed based on the evaluation results,the macro development strategies of government orientation,environmental protection,talent drainage,market supervision,festival marketing,land-island linkage and other sectors are formed.
