摘 要:为了探究水平段井眼轨迹对含水气井生产状况的影响,为气井动态管理提供理论依据和生产数据支撑,以L井区水平井为研究对象,将水平段按照井眼轨迹分为上挑、水平和下行三种类型,分析了不同水平段类型的水平井的返排率、累产气、累产水、初始无阻流量和目前气量的差异,并利用实时远程控制多相流量计量系统对上挑和下行井的实时产水产气情况进行了计量。研究结果表明:(1)排水效果、压裂液返排率、累产水、累产气上挑井优于下行井优于水平井;(2)初始无阻流量、目前气量与储层厚度、水平段长度、砂岩钻遇率、改造效果、物性等参数相关,并没有表现出与井眼轨迹明显的相关性;(3)水平段上挑型水平井生产动态表现出:产气量波动,间歇产水的特征(某些时刻产水量为0),水平段下行井出液量相对平均,无明显的波动特征。结论认为:该研究成果丰富了水平井水平段形态对气井生产动态影响的理论,为气藏开发提供了可资借鉴的思路。In order to figure out the influence of well trajectory on the production situation of water-producing gas wells and provide theoretical basis and production data support for their dynamic management, some horizontal wells in L well block were taken as objectives to classify horizontal segment into three types(i.e., upwarding, horizontal and downgoing) according to the trajectory. Moreover, flowback rate, cumulative gas and water production, and certain difference between initial absolute open flow(AOF) and current gas production rate were analyzed for these wells with different types of horizontal segment, and the real-time water/gas production rate of upwarding and downgoing wells were measured by employing a metering system of real-time remote controlled multiphase flow. Results show that(1) from the perspective of water drainage effect, flowback rate, cumulative water and gas production, the upwarding wells are superior to downgoing ones, followed by horizontals;(2) both initial AOF and current gas production rate are related to reservoir thickness, segment length, sandstone drilling rate, stimulation effect and physical property, but have nothing with well trajectory;and(3) the production performance in the horizontals with upwarding segment is characterized by fluctuating gas production rate and intermittent water production(zero water output at some moment). The other horizontals with downgoing segment doesn’t present an obvious fluctuation nature and their liquid yield keeps at an average level. In conclusion, this study enriches an influential theory on the pattern of horizontal segment on the production performance of gas wells and provides a better understanding for reservoir development.
